To celebrate their 50th anniversary, the anonymous music, art and multimedia collective, The Residents, are bringing their iconic avant-garde vision to virtual reality with “Inside a Circle of Dreams”, an immersive 360º stereoscopic performance.

In collaboration with a Bay Area-based 360° production team, who have filmed the band up close at their concerts, The Residents invited four internationally renowned artists to reimagine and replace the audience and venue with brand new animated imagery inspired by three songs.

The artists, including Stéphane Blanquet (France), Nick DenBoer (Canada), Bill Domonkos (USA) and Christine Marie (USA), each create unique and original animated stereoscopic worlds that blend seamlessly into the live show to immerse and delight the audience.
